Having family in Amarillo, I read The Amarillo Globe news item: "Jasmine Crockett might run for US Senate in Texas with chance to unseat John Cornyn" (Oct. 22 issue). While I am definitely no fan of John Cornyn and would like to see him outsted from office for dereliction of his duties; I don't want Ms. Crockett in any type of political office, come next year. That 44-year-old woman has a potty-mouth. She supposedly has a father who is a pastor, yet she has such vulgar immaturity that she resorts to dropping "f-bombs" willy-nilly in a casual way.

I have advocated for many years that politicians be required to wait a MINIMUM of seven (7) years from exiting one political office before opting to run for (or accept appointment) in another political office. If that type of plan were implemente
