CASCADE, Colo. (KDVR) — You might say Rockhound ATV Tours is a one-woman show: Melissa Kraus owns the place and was our tour guide for the day.
“Right now we are on the main trail right here, this is kind of like the highway that leads to everything else and then we're actually gonna turn down onto Manchester Creek Road," said Kraus.
Oh sure, you can call it a road, but we might be using that term loosely today.
“Some of them are a little bit more narrow, some of them are kind of like nice and open and well graded," said Kraus.
Twenty-eight-year-old Melissa Kraus moved to Colorado in 2020, worked at Rockhound ATV for five years, and now she owns it.
We were cruising the Pike National Forrest, where over 30 miles of trails challenge you to explore and discover places.
