MURRAY – The Murray-Calloway County Hospital Board of Trustees approved the annual budget for Fiscal Year 2026 at its monthly meeting this week, and also heard an update on the Regional Cancer Center.

The FY 2026 budget approved by the board shows an estimated operating income of around $9,138,000 and a capital budget of $14,986,134. Chief Financial Officer Brian Craven presented the FY 2026 budget with comparisons to the previous two years, stating that he believed volumes and revenues would improve compared to FY 2025, which he said was significantly affected by the prolonged conversion to the Oracle Health electronic health record (EHR) system.
