New Delhi: The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) on Friday released its 25-point manifesto for the Bihar Assembly elections, pledging an employment-driven development push anchored in job creation, women’s empowerment, and large-scale investment in agriculture, health, and infrastructure.

BJP national president JP Nadda and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar jointly launched the manifesto in Patna, calling it a “vision document for a developed and self-reliant Bihar.”

At its core, the document promises employment opportunities for one crore youth, including both government and private sector jobs. It outlines a plan to conduct a statewide skill census and establish mega skill centres in every district to position Bihar as a “global skilling hub.”
