Limp Bizkit bassist Sam Rivers’ was reportedly found dead in a bathroom at his home in Florida, according to the 911 call made after he was found.

In the call to the emergency services, the caller said they had found the 48-year-old musician lying facedown in blood.

The metal group announced Rivers’ death in a statement on Instagram earlier this month, confirming he had died earlier in the day.

In the 911 call, the frantic caller reportedly told the emergency services on the line that she arrived at the house and found Rivers ‘face first in a pile of blood.’

In the audio of the call obtained by TMZ, the emergency responders told the caller to perform CPR on Rivers, with the call ending once an officer from St Johns County Sheriff’s Department had arrived at the home.
