MUMBAI: A 26-year-old doctor attached to KEM Hospital, Parel, was allegedly attacked and stabbed by the brother and friends of a female hospital staff member over their alleged relationship. The Bhoiwada police have arrested two persons — Farid Khan and Nabeel Khan — for assault and attempt to murder. The two were produced before the local court which remanded them to police custody. Dr Vishan Yadav, a resident of Nalasopara who studied his MBBS in Russia, returned to India in 2023 and joined KEM hospital in CCTS Department as house officer. Here, he developed friendship with Munazza Khan (23), who works as perfusionist working in the CVTS department at KEM hospital.
