The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) unveiled its 2025 Bihar election manifesto, Sankalp Patra , pledging transformative development across employment, infrastructure, education, and social welfare.

The announcement came just days before Phase 1 of the assembly polls.

Union leaders including JP Nadda, Chirag Paswan, Dharmendra Pradhan, Jitan Ram Manjhi, CM Nitish Kumar, and Deputy CM Samrat Choudhary presented the manifesto. Choudhary emphasized the creation of 1 crore jobs through government employment, skill-based opportunities, and Mega Skill Centres in every district. These centres will evolve into Global Skilling Hubs.
