A wind advisory will be in place all day Friday and through midnight, with gusts expected to reach 50 mph in some places

The National Weather Service in State College issued the advisory. "Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects, and tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result," NWS notes in its latest alert.
