The remains of six Malawian nationals who died in a tragic road accident on October 12 in Limpopo Province, South Africa, have arrived in the country through the Mwanza border post.

The Government of Malawi has organized a prayer and memorial service to pay final respects to the deceased before they are taken to their respective homes for burial.

Government officials, including the Presidential Advisor on Religious Affairs, Timothy Khoviwa, were present at the border to receive the bodies and to represent the Office of the President and Cabinet during the solemn occasion.
