Kelley serves Portsmouth with judgment, wisdom and tenacity

We write to you today to urge you to re-elect Joanna Kelley to the Portsmouth City Council on November 4. As fellow officers of Cultivate, a 501C3 non-profit organization responsible for the annual New England BIPOC Festival and Farm-a-Q events, we have had the honor of working side-by-side with Joanna, our president, for five extraordinary years. Joanna, who sits on the City Council as Portsmouth’s current Assistant Mayor, has made it her personal mission to serve this community with sound judgment, wisdom and tenacity.

As assistant Mayor, Joanna has had a profound impact on this community. She listens to her constituency because she is of that constituency, giving volume to the often overlooked voice
