In October 2025, the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) handed over 12 Licensing Agreements for Transfer of Technology ( LAToTs ) covering eight indigenous defence products to industry partners during the inaugural session of SAMANVAY 2025 , a two-day industry synergy organised by the Electronics and Communication Systems (ECS) Cluster of DRDO in Bengaluru, Karnataka .
