Mother Nature will be playing tricks on kids in northern New England as a chilly rain will continue to impact festivities this evening. The chilly but dry weather stretches west across the Ohio Valley to the Midwest. The Southeast will be treated to the best weather this evening as cooler and less humid air has settled in behind a cold front.
