Mother Nature will be playing tricks on kids in northern New England as a chilly rain will continue to impact festivities this evening. Luckily, many cities across the Northeast will dry out today, but the howling wind will drop wind chills into the 30s and 40s during prime trick-or-treat hours. The chilly but dry weather stretches west across the Ohio Valley to the Midwest. The Southeast will be treated to the best weather this evening as cooler and less humid air has settled in behind a cold front.
