A cold wind is blowing this Halloween.

Whether the wind will come with witches or ghosts is unknown, but forecasters are warning trick-or-treaters to bundle up this year.

A wind advisory is in effect from 2 p.m. on Friday to 5 a.m. Saturday in Rhode Island. The National Weather Service said to expect sustain wind speeds of 25 to 35 mph, with gusts up to 50 mph.

The good news, however, is the rain predicted earlier this week that could have put a damper on trick-or-treating has already mostly cleared out of the region.
