A Tennessee teenager is behind bars for allegedly threatening to shoot his uncle with a gun containing a 100-round magazine, all because the victim was making his nephew leave for stealing from him.

Kevin Lowery, 18, is facing charges of aggravated assault, domestic assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony and possession of marijuana with intent to sell, according to the Memphis Police Department .

Cops responded to a home in the 1300 block of Overton Park Avenue for a man with a gun, police said. The victim reportedly said Lowery became upset when he accused the teen of stealing from him, and he told his nephew he would be taking him to his sister's house for the night.
