COWETA COUNTY, Ga. — A verdict has been reached in the murder trial for the fiancé of Tiffany Foster, a Newnan mom who disappeared in 2021 and has never been found .

Closing arguments were made earlier on Thursday before the jury was then charged -- given instructions on how to consider the case -- around 1:30 p.m.

Foster went missing in 2021 and was later presumed dead, and in 2023 her fiancé Reginald Robertson was indicted. The case has been playing out in a Coweta County court for the past two weeks. On Thursday evening shortly before 8 p.m., a jury found Robertson guilty on all counts.

Count 1: Kidnapping - Guilty

Count 2: Burglary - Guilty

Count 3: Aggravated Assault - Guilty

Count 4: False imprisonment - Guilty

Count 5: Rape - Guilty

Count 6: Malice murder - Guilt
