SACRAMENTO, Calif. —

Rockmont Circle in Sacramento's Natomas neighborhood is preparing for Halloween night, expecting to see crowds of over 3,000 trick-or-treaters.

Some residents said they are looking forward to the crowds, while others said they’re a little anxious about what the night could bring.

"It's very busy, but it's fun,” Elena Murray said. “It's a lot of fun just standing out. So we put a table out and stand up here and pass out candy and just get to watch everybody walk around.”

Murray said she has purchased over 3,000 pieces of candy to hand out.

John Germany, who lives around the corner from Murray, said he also looks forward to the crowds.
