OGDEN, Utah (ABC4) — A second suspected shooter in the Oct. 7 shooting near Ben Lomond High School that killed 16-year-old Mason Caballero has been charged as a juvenile with aggravated murder.

The suspect, a 15-year-old male, was taken into custody in Denver, Colorado, by local Colorado law enforcement. ABC4.com will not be identifying him.

According to Captain Tim Scott with Ogden City Police Department, a 16-year-old was shot and killed at the location of 5th and Grammercy Avenue in Ogden, Utah.
