STURGEON BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - A Sturgeon Bay man pleaded not guilty to child pornography charges on Thursday.
Scott Soucek of Sturgeon Bay faces ten counts of child pornography after authorities said they received information about recent computer downloads.
According to the criminal complaint, authorities arrested Soucek in July after investigators received information that he was downloading images and videos of child pornography that involved very young children, pre-teens, adults, and images of bestiality.
Authorities said there were more than 300 images. The criminal complaint said Soucek was previously interviewed in 2009 for uploading child pornography, but the case was never referred to the district attorney.
His bond of $10,000 cash remains in effect. Soucek will be back in cour
