SRINAGAR : A tourist from Uttar Pradesh lost his life in a tragic road accident near Zero Point Kullan in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Friday, officials said. Follow Us On G -N e w s | Whatsapp

According to an official, the deceased has been identified as Mohmad Saqib, 28, son of Shakeel Ahmad, a resident of Lucknow. His body has been shifted to the Primary Health Centre (PHC) Kullan for medico-legal formalities.

The incident occurred when the vehicle in which the tourist was travelling met with an accident near Zero Point. However, the driver of the trailer escaped unhurt.

Police have taken cognisance of the incident and initiated necessary proceedings.
