LYNN, Mass. —
Ten people were indicted on 45 charges related to a sex trafficking case spanning several Massachusetts counties between March 2023 and September 2025, according to Attorney General Andrea Campbell's office.
Gianni Martinez, 23, of Lynn, who is accused of trafficking multiple women for sexual servitude and attempting to recruit others, is one of those 10 people.
Martinez allegedly set up online profiles for the women and arranged transportation for them to meet customers for sex.
The AG's office says he ran part of the operation from jail when he was at the Middleton House of Correction.
Investigators say his grandmother, Rosa Garcia, 68, of Lynn, collected some of the payments.
