The family of Virginia Giuffre has praised King Charles for his decision to strip Prince Andrew of his royal titles but say they want more action taken.

Following weeks of scrutiny over Andrew’s relationship with late billionaire sex-trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, the monarch also evicted his younger brother from his longtime residence, Royal Lodge.

It was also confirmed that Andrew, 65, no longer holds his Duke of York title and will now be known as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor.

Giuffre’s family released an emotional statement following Andrew’s dressing-down, calling it a “victory” for the late Virginia, who took her own life earlier this year.
