WATERLOO, Iowa — A woman faces charges in connection to a stabbing at a beauty supply store in Waterloo that left three women injured.
Police arrested Shakarra Julisha Graves, 24, and charged her with two counts of willful injury causing serious injury and one count of willful injury causing bodily injury. The incident occurred on October 30, 2025, just before noon at a beauty supply business on Franklin Street.
Officers responding to the scene found two women with stab wounds to the abdomen, lower back, and chest. They were transported to a local hospital for treatment. A third victim, also injured, drove herself to the hospital, police said.
According to authorities, the stabbing resulted from an ongoing dispute.
