The Los Angeles Rams just traded for Roger McCreary and now they might actually need him for Sunday’s tilt against the New Orleans Saints. Head coach Sean McVay told reporters on Friday that top cornerback Darious Williams is going to be listed as doubtful with a shoulder injury, which is almost the same as saying he’s out.

Roughly 95% of players listed as doubtful do not end up playing that week.

In search of answers at cornerback ever since trading away Jalen Ramsey in 2024, the Rams finally felt like they had one when Williams stepped up as a starter a few games ago.
