Just a quick note for your Oct. 25 Forum editorial about the students protesting: are you serious?

There is no other patriotic thing you can do in America more than a protest. The civics teacher should be so proud to call them their students. It takes a lot of guts to get out there and do it, and you dissing on them is shameful.

The First Amendment is the most important one…that’s why it’s first.

It’s why you have jobs …and they were defending that.

Very disappointed in you and you need to do better. Perhaps you should be the ones who gets back in school.
