Doctors said that they have observed an increase in cases of viral infections and allergies among children due to the temperature variance between day and night. They said that the considerable drop in nighttime temperatures has led to a rise in viral infections, including instances of pneumonia, in children in Dehradun. Doctors advised parents to ensure that children take necessary precautions to help prevent these infections during this period of temperature variance.
