FOXBOROUGH – Who’s going to run the ball for the Patriots on Sunday?

It appears as though Mike Vrabel’s team will have its running back depth tested when the Patriots take on the Atlanta Falcons. On Friday, Rhamondre Stevenson missed his third straight practice due to a toe injury.

Since the veteran running back missed every practice this week, it looks like Stevenson will be out for Sunday afternoon’s matchup. That leaves the Patriots thin at an important position.

This looks like a matchup the Patriots will want to use their run game. The Falcons are ranked 22nd in the NFL in run defense while they’re ranked No. 1 in pass defense.
