KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - The Kansas City Chiefs will be without starting running back Isiah Pacheco and left tackle Josh Simmons when they go on the road this weekend.
Pacheco, who sprained his MCL late in the fourth quarter in the Chiefs’ win over the Washington Commanders, was ruled out Friday ahead of Sunday’s AFC Championship Game rematch.
Without Pacheco, the Chiefs will turn to Kareem Hunt and rookie Brashard Smith, along with veteran Elijah Mitchell.
Simmons was ruled out due to a personal matter. It’ll be the fourth straight game he’s missed.
Pro Bowl right guard Trey Smith, who missed a majority of Kansas City’s game against the Las Vegas Raiders and was out against the Commanders due to back spasms, practiced fully on Friday and is listed as questionable for Sunday.
