The New Orleans Saints technically listed three players as questionable Friday, but coach Kellen Moore expressed optimism that the trio will be ready to play in Sunday’s road game against the Los Angeles Rams.
Running back Alvin Kamara (ankle), cornerback Alontae Taylor (shoulder) and wide receiver Rashid Shaheed (hip) were all limited throughout the week in practice, leading to the questionable designation.
“Those three are trending well,” Moore said.
Running back Devin Neal also popped up on the injury report this week with an ankle injury, but was a full participant in Friday’s practice and will play against the Rams.
Moore said Shaheed’s hip injury was the result of the hard hit he took in last week’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Kamara, meanwhile, has been on the injur
