Duke basketball added another piece to its 2026 recruiting class on Thursday, Oct. 30, with the commitment of four-star center Maxime Meyer.
Meyer, a Canada native who currently plays at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, announced his commitment to coach Jon Scheyer and the Blue Devils. On3's Joe Tipton was first to report the news.
The 7-foot-1, 215-pound Meyer is ranked as the No. 12 center and No. 19 prospect in Florida in the 2026 class, per the 247Sports Composite, which also places him No. 102 nationally.
Meyer chose the Blue Devils over a total of eight offers, including those from from Florida, Vanderbilt, Stanford and SMU. Meyer was in Durham for an official visit with the Blue Devils on Oct. 17.
