INDIANAPOLIS – The Colts are continuing to monitor the health of a pair of the team’s defensive starters before determining whether they’ll suit up for Sunday’s road game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Defensive tackle Grover Stewart missed practice Wednesday and Thursday with a foot injury but was seen on the practice field Friday during the portion open to media. Colts head coach Shane Steichen told reporters following practice that the veteran defensive lineman, who’s missed just six games over the last seven seasons – all with the Colts – has been “progressing well, and we’ll see how the next 48 hours go.”
