COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL)- Happy Halloween! It has been a great end to the week, but a little on the cooler side. For everyone going trick or treating (or to the football games), make sure to bring an extra layer.
Weekend: We will likely see our first 30s of the season tomorrow (well below average). The southern half of the area is still on track to be in the 40s. Troup and Meriwether counties are under a frost advisory through tomorrow morning. Frost will likely be isolated in those areas.
On Sunday, a system will move through the southeast, bringing a small chance of rain that evening. Stray showers will be possible that afternoon and will exit by Monday morning.
