SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — A chilly weekend is expected, with Sunday bringing the next opportunity for rain chances.
This Halloween was the coolest one since 2012, with morning temperatures in the 40s and highs generally in the mid-60s. A cold night is expected with light winds and clear skies allowing for very rapid cooling after sunset.
Temperatures will dip into the upper-30s to lower-40s, with the exception of the immediate coast being around 45°. Some inland areas may find a light frost Saturday morning but this is not expected to be a major impact.
Saturday features lots of sunshine and a mild day, with high temperatures topping out in the mid to upper 60s for a lot of us. A quick-moving storm system will usher in cloud cover and rain chances by Sunday.
The system will be fairly weak
