By Jen Clancey STAFF WRITER Starting tomorrow, Nov. 1, thousands of Montanans are scheduled to lose their Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits. Due to the federal government shutdown, which began on Oct. 1, the U.S. Department of Agriculture and Food and Nutrition Services ordered states to stop issuing SNAP benefits for the month of November.
