SPOKANE, Wash. – Avista completed its rock relocation project at the Monroe Street Dam and plans to dissemble and move the crane out of the project area on November 3, which will cause street closures.
During the disassembly, Spokane Falls Boulevard will close between Post Street and Lincoln Street from 4:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., according to Avista, which outlined the traffic details.
During that time, traffic on Spokane Falls Boulevard between Stevens Street and Post Street will be reduced to two lanes.
Street parking on those streets will still be open and the access to the Post Street bridge will still be available. Through traffic on the street will be detoured south at Howard Street
