Cherokee County residents are invited to provide feedback online about updates to the county's Bells Ferry Livable Centers Initiative plan.

Those interested in participating in the first round of public input have until Nov. 30 to do so. To learn more and participate in the public engagement, visit www.cherokeecountyga.gov/Planning-and-Zoning/Bells-Ferry-LCI .

Cherokee County adopted the Bells Ferry LCI plan in 2005, providing development guidelines for the geographic area encompassing Bells Ferry Road from around Southfork Way south to around Gregory Lane. It also encompasses a small part of Kellogg Creek Road and a small portion of Highway 92.

The initiative underway aims to update the 20-year-old plan and use public input to help guide the plan for future transportation improvement
