AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Two federal judges ruled that the Trump administration must continue funding SNAP benefits using contingency funds, as the government shutdown enters its 31st day.

The rulings come as the federal government said SNAP benefits won’t be deposited starting Nov. 1, or until the shutdown ends.

The judges gave the administration until Monday to decide whether to partially or fully fund the program in November.
