Deandre Shannon, a former medical transporter, has been arrested and charged in a murder case, with prosecutors labeling him a serious risk to public safety and a judge setting his bond at $3 million.

Prosecutor David Higgenlooper said, "It is apparent he is a serious risk to public safety." Shannon's defense attorney, Dan Mike, said, "Your honor, Mr. Shannon denies the allegations. He is alleged to have driven the shooter to a location, which he denies the allegation."
