There were several star performances at Friday morning’s 5A District VI swimming tournament. Lina Budge from Skyline took the gold in the 200 and 500-yard freestyles and led the Grizzlies to the top of the podium in the 400-yard freestyle relay.

Her fellow Skyline schoolmate, Eric Couch, won the same individual events, although his team finished second in the 400-yard freestyle relay.
