NEW DELHI, Oct 31: Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Science and Technology; Earth Sciences and Minister of State for PMO, Department of Atomic Energy, Department of Space, Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Dr. Jitendra Singh today said that the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA) is allying itself with Modi Govt’s shift from Rule-Bound to Role-Based governance.

For this purpose, Dr Jitendra Singh who is also the Chairman of IIPA, said that IIPA has undertaken major structural reforms in the last 11 years , and witnessed a major transformation to become a vibrant knowledge hub for future-ready governance in India.
