MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (WBOY) — With the government shutdown, communities throughout West Virginia are doing what they can to help families in need. That support can come from unexpected but fun places, like Launch Pad Trampoline Park in Morgantown.

For the remainder of the shutdown, Launch Pad is offering free meals to any kid in need. Families just need to fill out a form on their website and pick up the food the next day between 3 and 4 p.m. No purchase is necessary.

Layla Arnett, Launch Pad Assistant Manager, told 12 News why it means so much to be able to give back to the community, especially to children.
