BROOK PARK, Ohio – A Parma man, 39, was caught with 18 pieces of merchandise that had been stolen from a CVS Pharmacy on Oct. 12.
The man was a passenger in a Honda Accord outside Arby’s, 14500 Snow Road. Someone called police at about 5:30 p.m. after seeing the man and two other men change clothes near Accord, walk to CVS nearby and then walk back to the Accord.
Police spotted the Accord traveling westbound on Snow. The car pulled into Circle K, 5878 Smith. Police activated their overhead lights and conducted a traffic stop on the Accord.
The Accord’s driver, 55, said that he never entered CVS but the Parma man did. The Parma man told police he bought makeup for his girlfriend in CVS. He showed police a box of makeup.
