OREGON CITY, Ore. (KPTV) - An Oregon City man accused of killing his girlfriend has pleaded not guilty after being indicted on several charges including murder and abuse of a corpse.

William Glen Blake, 56, pleaded not guilty during his arraignment hearing in Clackamas County court on Friday after he was arrested on Thursday, Oct. 23.

Blake is accused of killing 38-year-old Jennifer Ruth Stuart during an argument on Aug. 15 at the home they shared on Hilltop Lane in Oregon City, according to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office.

Stuart’s body was found on Sept. 1 in the Mount Hood National Forest, off Forest Service Road 45 near South Hillockburn Road in Clackamas County.
