(EL PASO COUNTY, Colo.) — The El Paso County Sheriff's Office (EPSO) held a press briefing on Friday to provide more information on the suspicious death in Stratmoor Hills.

According to EPSO, a 911 call was received shortly before 3 p.m. on Friday requesting medical assistance in the 4000 block of Loomis Avenue. EPSO said the Stratmoor Hills Fire Department responded, and when fire crews arrived, they found a deceased adult woman.

EPSO said emergency responders deemed the scene suspicious and requested law enforcement. EPSO responded and began an investigation.
