A French cyclist who plummeted down a 130-feet ravine survived in the wilderness for three days by drinking red wine, reports said.

The 77-year-old’s “pour” decision came after he made a trip to his local grocery store in the Cévennes region of France, according to the French news outlet Entrevue .

After purchasing the bottles of red, the elderly biker hit the road to return home but missed a bend in the mountainous area that sent him tumbling down a rocky cliff close to Saint-Julien-des-Points, located about 50 miles from Montpellier.
