DALLAS — The Hurricanes may be without key players when they face SMU on Saturday.
Miami listed wide receiver CJ Daniels, cornerback OJ Frederique and defensive tackle Ahmad Moran Sr. as questionable for the game vs. the Mustangs.
Daniels is Miami’s No. 2 wide receiver this season. He has 351 yards and a team-best six touchdown catches.
Frederique, a sophomore, has started all seven of Miami’s games this year at cornerback. The St. Thomas Aquinas alum has seven tackles and five pass deflections this season. Frederique has a 64.3 defensive grade from Pro Football Focus.
Moten has started all seven of Miami’s games at defensive tackle. The Cardinal Gibbons alum has 16 tackles and one sack this season.
UM also listed Malik Bryant, who had played in two games.
