BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — A 47-year-old Harvey man has died after a T-bone crash that took place about two miles from the city.
According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, on Friday, October 31 at about 12:53 p.m., a Nissan Titan was heading east on 29th St. NE. At the same time, a Case Combine was heading south on 39th Ave. NE.
The intersection between those two streets is uncontrolled, and neither vehicle yielded when they got to it, the NDHP says. The vehicles collided, and the driver of the Nissan died at the scene. The driver of the combine, a 23-year-old man from Harvey, was not injured.
The NDHP says neither driver was wearing a seatbelt. The crash remains under investigation.
