A corporate employee is considering legal action after being accused of misconduct and being placed under a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). Posting on Reddit, the “anxious" employee said they had been issued a show-cause notice citing instances of call avoidance, delayed logins and an inappropriate call.

“I’m a bit anxious for quite a few days," they wrote in the post.
