EDINA, Minn. — A pedestrian died Friday night after a crash in Edina.

It happened at the intersection of France Avenue and Morningside Road around 7:15 p.m.

According to Edina Police, the 53-year-old man was taken to an area hospital, where he passed away.

Part of France Avenue is closed as State Patrol investigates.
