CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- With the impending loss of SNAP funding because of the government shutdown, thousands of individuals and families across Charlottesville and Albemarle County are looking to other resources like the Virginia Fresh Match network.

The network aims to make produce affordable for low-income families, connect local farmers to more sales and strengthen food systems.
