CHARMCO, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The No. 7 Midland Trail Patriots continued their impressive season Friday night with a commanding 55–8 victory over Route 60 rival Greenbrier West.

Midland Trail’s offense was unstoppable from the opening kickoff, scoring early and often while the defense held the Cavaliers in check for most of the night.

The win marks another strong performance for the Patriots as they continue to build momentum heading into the postseason.

With the victory, Midland Trail improves to 8–1 on the season and will look to finish strong when it hosts the Lincoln County Panthers next Friday night to close out the regular season.

Greenbrier West, now 3–6, will return home next week to host the Gilmer County Titans in its season finale.
